Audrey Fuller is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with experience in both primary care and endocrinology. She earned her undergraduate degree in Health Promotion from the University of Georgia, where she developed a strong commitment to preventive health and patient education. She went on to complete her nursing education at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Before joining Endocrinology Consultants of East Tennessee, Audrey practiced primary care and endocrinology at a large medical group in Atlanta. She and her husband relocated from Atlanta to Knoxville, where she is grateful to continue providing patient-centered, evidence-based endocrine care to the community.

Her clinical interests include diabetes management, thyroid disorders, metabolic health, and empowering patients through education and collaborative care.

In her free time, Audrey enjoys reading, exploring the Smokies with her husband, and spending time with friends and family.
