Ms. Dade is a family nurse practitioner and certified diabetes educator.  She is certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center and the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators.

Born and raised in East Tennessee, Ms. Dade earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing at East Tennessee State University.  She moved back to East Tennessee in 2015 after working as a nurse practitioner, certified diabetes educator in a busy endocrinology office near Atlanta, Georgia.
