Dr. Moffitt received his medical degree from The University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine training at the Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville , SC. He completed a one-year residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center and then completed a three-year Fellowship in endocrinology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston , SC. Dr. Moffitt is a member of the American Medical Association, The American College of Physicians-American Society of Internal Medicine, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and Endocrine Fellows Foundation.

 

Dr. Moffitt was born in Beaufort , SC. , but spent his formative years in Murray , KY. Dr. Moffitt and his wife Jennifer are the proud parents of three children. His personal interests include golf, running and reading.
