Katherine Miller
PA-C
Katie Miller was born and raised in Wisconsin. She attended the University of Louisville, where she received her Bachelor of Science in biology. After graduation, she worked as a clinical research assistant through the Medical College of Wisconsin where much of the lab’s focus was on cardiovascular outcomes secondary to diabetes. She went on to attend South College here, in Knoxville TN and received her master’s degree as a Physician Assistant.
She has a passion for working with patients and their loved ones to better understand their disease process and the various treatment options available. Let it be lifestyle changes verses medications, she enjoys having open discussions to best treat her patients. She truly encourages a patient focused approach to management.
Outside of work, Katie and her husband are at home with their two young children. They enjoy their time together as a family and being outdoors as much as possible. When the fall season hits, they will spend their evenings and weekends watching football. During the summer they will be at the park with their children and fishing.
