Dr. Hazard earned his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield then completed internal medicine residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.  He then completed his endocrinology fellowship training at Southern Illinois University.  Prior to joining Endocrinology Consultants of East Tennessee, Dr. Hazard worked for 17 years in Central Illinois.  Dr. Hazard is board certified in both Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism, and Internal Medicine.
